This Libra Full Moon is illuminating a new healing cycle. Libra is ruled by Venus, the planet of romance, harmony, play, and all matters of the heart. The Full Moon invites us to let go of what is no longer serving our highest good in order to create space for what we are manifesting. Libra is represented by the scales, and therefore, issues around balance are coming up to the surface. Where has life gone toward disharmony? Are there areas of depletion or excess that need to be addressed? How do I feel inside, and is that in alignment with peace, calm, and centeredness? If not, what needs to change in order to feel more peaceful?
Matters of the heart can make or break us in our lives. We have to feel right to get out of bed, function, and be productive. How we feel is one of the most important aspects of who we are. From there, we relate to others. This can be at home, at work, in our friendships, and/or romantically with a mate. Do we give and receive equally? Are we treated fairly at work or in social situations? Do we find ourselves people pleasing, avoiding confrontation, codependent on others, or unstable in groups? Any unresolved heart issues can come to Light under the bright illumination of the Libra Full Moon. If there is something to let go of, forgive, or release in regards to anger, frustration, grief, resentment, expectations, attachments, or unresolved feelings, now is the best time to address it.
In order to have inner peace, we don't have to continue to try and keep the peace. Sometimes in doing that, we surrender our peace instead. We have to take off the masks, stop faking it, and live our Truth. Instead of going along with what others are doing, saying "yes" when we mean "no", staying silent instead of speaking out, or staying in relationships that don't feel right, it is our duty to ourselves to stop sacrificing for others to feel more comfortable and live a life that feels right on the inside and outside. It doesn't mean we go out and trample on the joy of others, but instead, we can find that sweet spot of harmony that lives in honestly, compassion, kindness, integrity, respect, clarity, healthy boundaries, self-Love, and overall intentions of goodness. True stability dwells in harmony and balance. So why don't we choose to keep the peace?
We can avoid conflict, confrontation, and uncomfortable feelings by putting on a fake smile and moving right along. The problem is that the feelings don't just go away. We are only pushing these confrontations into our futures by avoiding them now. We are much better off in the long run when we take care of things in the present moment, even if it means being uncomfortable for a while. Inner peace comes from inner harmony. When we are aligned to our Truth, then we are able to attain true peace and harmony.
There may be times of chaos or disorder because of the transformation that occurs during the destruction of the illusion. It is necessary to destruct imbalances before we can construct more harmony. April Fools this year represents our ability to stop fooling ourselves into believing the lies we knowingly accept. Instead, we can utilize this Spring Season to plant seeds of harmony and peace by shining the Light on Truth, on Love, and on the Embodiment of the higher spiritual laws. May the Libra Full Moon help illuminate the Truth, let go of the rest, and create the space for a more aligned manifestation of inner peace and harmony!
