What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Bath is a sensory experience of vibrational healing through various indigenous and modern day instruments and sound making devices such as gong, crystal didgeridoo, singing bowls, flute, rain stick, shakers, chimes, bells, xylophone, and guitar. Beginning with breath and intention, we set the space to receive sacred sound. Following the sound bath, we sit up and meditate together to ground into the heart.
Every tone, rhythm, and frequency has a significant impact on the being. By receiving healing sound frequencies, one can reduce stress and anxiety, balance blood pressure, impact the nervous system, relax, focus, and reconnect to one's highest self. Don't believe us, give it a try!.

We will come together with our prayers to the Fairy Garden Bookstore and set our intentions with the group energy and powerful vibrations of this sacred time. Enjoy a few cleansing and restorative breaths to open the energy channels in the body before laying down and receiving healing sound frequencies from instruments representing many different indigenous cultures. End this deeply relaxing vibrational healing session with self-illuminating sounds of chanting meditations that activate the good luck, healing energy, and the positive vibrations of this powerful time.

Lying comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the sacred resonance of didgeridoo, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, water drum, Native flute, Native drum, rainstick, and more—each instrument weaving a tapestry of sound that clears stagnant energy and restores harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Together, we will chant healing mantra and consciously anchor intentions for our highest and greatest good and the greater good of all. In this one-hour journey, allow yourself to relax, rejuvenate, and receive as sound and scent guide you into deep balance, clarity, and renewal for the season ahead.
