All unopened bottles will be given store credit or exchanged, full price, once they are shipped back to us successfully. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer and charged upon exchange. Should there be an exchange that costs more or less than the original essence, we will either refund or charge the difference in cost as needed. If we made a shipping error, we will pay all shipping costs to correct the order. Once a bottle has been opened, we can no longer accept it back for store credit or exchange.
