"Ong" is the Seed Sound for the month of January and a sacred sound current that neutralizes one's energy. When you chant "Ong", the upper palate vibrates and stimulates the higher glands. "Ong" strengthens the auric field, taking the chanter from a state of duality, or fear, to a higher vibration of Love and Divinity. "Ong" is the sound from which all other sounds originated. "Ong" stimulates the creative, manifesting energy within in order to access one's true essence.
When you chant the Seed Sound, use a complete breath and chant it 3, 7, or 11 times. These are powerful mantras used for healing. Please drink plenty of water and don't overdo it.
