Essence of the Week: Ylang Ylang
Ylang Ylang essential oil comes from the flowers of the Cananga Tree in Madagascar. She is an evergreen tree with large, yellow, sweet-smelling flowers. In Tagalog, Ylang Ylang means "wilderness", and can also translate to mean "flower of flowers".
Ylang Ylang is wonderful for the heart, circulation, palpitations, arteries, and veins. She helps digestion, balances the hormones, and supports healthy skin and hair. Ylang Ylang tightens skin tissue that have lost firmness like breast tissue, saggy skin, and facial wrinkles.
