Essence Protocol of the Week: The Immune System and Wasting Dis-ease...

It is the month of October, and we are focusing on the Immune System. This system of the body functions as the body's defense against dis-ease. It attacks germs in order to keep the body healthy by recognizing the antigens (foreign substances) in order to get rid of them. This week we are looking at the essences that support those going through cancer (wasting dis-ease). Cancer manifests when we are attacking ourselves. According to Louise Hay, cancer manifests out of negative thinking and not Loving ourselves enough. The essences we most recommend during cancer treatments are Black Cumin, Frankincense, Fir Balsam, and Sweet Lime. They work as a team to support this time of life and clearing the blood and tissues in order to raise the vibratory frequency of the entire being.

We suggest ingesting Black Cumin in order to get this powerhouse into the body physically. Start with 10 drops a day, and after a few weeks, go up to one teaspoon. After a few more weeks, you can ingest up to one tablespoon a day of Black Cumin to help boost immunity. Black Cumin can also be applied onto the skin in order to get her into the blood stream directly. Black Cumin teaches us to Love ourselves and own our happiness and life path without being manipulated or taken advantage of.

Frankincense helps to uplift our vibratory frequency. She is a high vibe resin that brings Truth and unconditional Love to illuminate the areas that are lacking both of those traits. As one of the three gifts from the Wise Men to baby Jesus, this gift of nature is here to help us get back on our path and illuminate our highest and greatest mission. She helps us forgive, let go, and be proud of who we are inside and out. Owning who we are and our life mission is the way to manifesting our Truth. This deep healing plant energy connects us to our Divine Self.

Fir Balsam is a known cancer healer, and an agent for healing foreign microbes and pathogens in the body. She helps to knock out fear, emotional stress, and energetic blocks in order to instill self-confidence and inner peace. This essence can be anointed directly onto the skin or area of tumors or cancers. She is gentle, yet powerful, and has been studied as a strong and effective plant medicine for this dis-harmony.

Sweet Lime is a pH balancer for our blood, immune system booster, and toxin remover. In order for cancer to heal, the blood has to be the right pH to create the environment for wellness. Applying drops of Sweet Lime to our water and drinking her daily can support a balanced pH and uplift the spirit as well. She can be anointed onto the heart to help with the immune response and work as an anti-depressant. Sweet Lime helps to heal a heavy heart, emotional pain, anxiety, and grief. Sweet Lime supports the toroidal flow of energy in order to help us stay inspired and uplifted through all of life's ups and downs.

Together, these three essences work wonderfully with our consciousness to help the body heal wasting dis-ease. It is best to use essences for one month for every year you have had the symptoms that are being treated. In general, for the average adult weight and height, five to ten drops "neat" on the skin is enough to start anointing each essence 2-3 times a day. Always do a test patch on the inner arm to make sure that the essences are not too powerful to anoint "neat" on your skin. If they bring up a healing response, then use the bottoms of the feet to anoint, and meditate on what is coming up and out emotionally for healing. Anoint onto the skin by layering cooler essences first and hotter essences last. Wait to apply nut oils in order to allow the essences to absorb first. Pour the plant medicine directly over the the areas of concern. For wasting dis-ease, anoint over the problem area, but also make sure the plant medicine gets into the major veins and arteries as well as internally (see the specific suggestions above). These plants work well together, and can help the healing process greatly. All essences are safe to ingest in small amounts (3-5 drops in an ounce of water is a good start). Use your intuition to guide the way, and remember that less is always more in most cases, and the body knows what's best - so always listen to it.
