Essence Protocol of the Week: The Reproductive System and Erectile Disorder...

It is the month of November, and we are focusing on the Reproductive System. This system of the body is made up or the anatomical organs involved in sexual reproduction. The main function of this system is for the survival of the species. This week we are looking specifically at erectile disorder. Erectile Disorder, or ED, manifests when there is an inability to get an erection or keep an erection to perform sexual intercourse. Often times, it is associated with stress, but energetically it is connected to guilt, tension, sexual pressure, social beliefs, fear of one's mother, or spitefulness toward one's ex. Physiologically, testosterone stimulates the erection process. There are many different factors at hand, and many different reasons that ED can manifest. Our favorite three essences that address ED are Black Pepper, Rosewood Leaf, and Scotch Pine.

Black Pepper has been researched to help increase sexual performance and testosterone levels in animals. She helps to get the blood flowing to all necessary areas in order to "wake up" the body to function optimally again. Black Pepper is a uro-genital aid and a chi-warmer that helps those suffering from impotence. Energetically, she protects, clears blocks, supports fearlessness, releases negativity, and shifts the being into an overall higher frequency.

Rosewood Leaf is known as a mood uplifter and sexual healer. From the heart, this amazing plant works as a natural aphrodisiac to shift depression away and bring in sexual harmony. She is supportive in lifting libido in both men and women. Research has shown a direct link to the healing of impotence, low sperm count, fertility, and frigidity through Rosewood Leaf plant essence. Energetically, she helps with nervous tension, depression, stress, heart break, ruptured relationships, forgiveness, letting go of the past, and moving forward peacefully.

Scotch Pine is a wonderful tree essence that helps to relax blood vessels and counter inflammatory damage to them. She has been know to be one of the Pine trees that work as a "natural Viagra", helping to eradicate sexual disorders. Pine trees have a significant impact on nitric oxide levels in the body which are responsible for vasodilation and good blood flow to all organs. Scotch Pine is great for prostate health, impotence, thyroid imbalances, uterine congestion, and even urinary infections. Energetically, she supports healing abuse, letting go of stress, feeling Light, and holding a positive mental attitude. When we feel pulled in too many directions, this amazing plant helps to ground and elevate the frequency and expand the spirit.

All three of these plant essences can be used together topically. However, we do not advise anointing the lingam itself. The best places to anoint for ED are the low back, navel, wrists/neck, and bottoms of the feet. It is best to use essences for one month for every year you have had the symptoms that are being treated. In general, for the average adult weight and height, five to ten drops "neat" on the skin is enough to start anointing each essence 2-3 times a day. Always do a test patch on the inner arm to make sure that the essences are not too powerful to anoint "neat" on your skin. If they bring up a healing response, then use the bottoms of the feet to anoint, and meditate on what is coming up and out emotionally for healing. All essences are safe to ingest in small amounts (3-5 drops in an ounce of water is a good start). Use your intuition to guide the way, and remember that less is always more in most cases, and the body knows what's best - so always listen to it.
