Joshua's Corner: Remember Your Vision...

We all laughed before we could talk.

We crawled before we could even walk.

When lessons come the pathway appears.

When we love with our hearts there are no more fears.

When you least expect it, goodness is shared.

In a complex world, we need more who care.

Care enough about the poor, tired or weak.

Care enough to stand tall and to speak.

Speak truth to the compromised in power. 

Speak truth until the final hour.

Hours tick by and soon 30 years are gone.

Remember your vision from when you were young.

Youth is simply a state of mind,

So respect yourself and be kind.

Kindness is king, if only for one day.

Kindness is the catalyst to childlike play.

Playing nicely with others strengthens community bonds.

So go for a walk, be grateful and relax by a pond.

Revel in joy, revel in the now. 

Be everything good that you know how.

Revere your surroundings. Revere your inner guide.

Trust the process, your heart is ready for the ride.
