Little did you know, this is the day to start your life. Your internal chatter and old thoughts no longer distracting you from the next step you know you must make. Gliding forward effortlessly, one stride after another, you gain confidence that your heart is in rhythm with Mother Earth. You can and will, like an old sycamore, shed your memory leaves of last season. Renew, and become naked and vulnerable to the elements of life. As you climb inside to relinquish the weight of the world, you begin to show your stripped-down and real version of your highest self! This is often followed by a burial ceremony of the ego. Almost instantaneously the memories of the ego fade away, like the sound of a passing car. Then you will truly be with your soul... and that soul is your best guide to compassion, tolerance & peace.
