Poem of the Week: Choosing Love During the Darkest Days of the Year...

Winter time offers darkness and reflection,

 Hibernation of the soul for deeper connection.

Observing the self and the patterns at play,

A witness of truth and the areas of decay.

It offers the space to Love or to judge,

To forgive the past or to hold a grudge.

A choice we make on the healing path,

Deciding to let go or attach to the past.

The darkness poses the deepest questions,

Pushing for growth or feeding into regressions.

Choosing Love amidst the shadows that appear,

Shifts the vibration into a much higher gear.

Love guides us forward into grace,

Creating a harmonious and sacred space.

So we can flow through the ups and downs,

With much more smiles than there are frowns.
