Poem of the Week: Honest Alignment...

Life guides us closer to harmony each day,

To work really hard and find time to play.

Nudging us toward our passions and dreams,

Giving us signs to opt out of extremes.

Being honest with what feels right and wrong,

Letting go of draining energies that don't belong.

Listening to the heart that's guided since youth,

Following that voice as it leads to the truth.

Determined to live aligned to the heart,

The beat of the drum vibrating from the start.

Not turning away from the feelings so real,

Leaning into heart guidance for Truth to reveal.

That honest alignment brings forth inner peace,

Allowing the darkness to shed and release.

Making more room for happiness and joy,

Identifying darkness we want to destroy.

Shining the Light on the blessings and gifts,

That come from the courage to make big shifts.

Deciding to feel good on the inside and out,

Never feeding the fears, worries, or doubts.

Manifesting the happiest life so aligned,

With peace of body, soul, heart, and mind.
