Poem of the Week: Inner Spiritual Movement...

Spiritual alchemy is stirring deep within,

Inner shifts directing the process to begin.

Ready to change into something new,

After all of the lessons we've cycled through.

Grounded in purpose and intentions so true,

With new eyes that see a whole different view.

Truths have awakened the soul toward change,

Where new ways of being can feel a bit strange.

The movement & flow that guides the direction,

Comes from the soul as a spiritual projection,

Protecting against false perceptions misleading,

Creating boundaries from energies depleting.

Wisdom from the heart whispers through signs,

Listening to that voice allows us to shine.

As we welcome in a soul-shifting movement,

It awakens self-mastery and self-improvement.

Reflecting a longing for that which is good,

Starting with the self letting go of what "should".

With compassion, forgiveness, and patience to heal,

Spiritual alchemy can feel so completely surreal.

A journey to the sacred depths of the heart,

Returning to a Love that we had from the start.
