Weekly Insights: Guiding Our Energies Toward Love...

When we are faced with darkness in the world, it takes a strong will to stay Light, unmoved, and unwavering in our centeredness. In the past, we may have practiced spiritual bi-passing, while avoiding the harder conversations, painful wounds, or personal problems that were begging us to be addressed more authentically. The spiritual "cult" mentality feeds the need to "just smile" and "fake it until we make it", instead of actually engaging in the difficult conversations and calling out the darkness and corruption in order to manifest a state of harmony that leads to personal growth and healing for all. There are more than one way to live and be present in Truth and a higher expression of the Self. Our challenges bring out of us what is harboring deep inside. When we have taken the time and space to go to those depths and confront our inner wounds, we are better equipped to express ourselves more neutrally, and be able to act consciously instead of reacting out of the lower chakras. Confronting our inner demons, we are able to project kindness and Love into the world much more effortlessly.

The world is on fire right now, and even in our daily interactions with one another, each of us can succumb to our lower selves and project darkness onto others - or not. We have the choice to allow ourselves to unleash our shadows or to take a breath and respond to the world with a higher consciousness. Imagine a world of compassionate people who project Love when faced with hate, who speak kindness when degraded, or who walk away when provoked to stay and fight. It's easy to imagine, and is a choice in every moment. We don't have to get upset when someone around us is mad. We don't have to get back at someone for doing something "bad" to us. We can choose instead to set our own energy that cannot be penetrated or shifted unless we decide it will be. That is true spiritual power, and when we learn to control the mind with the breath and a deeper sense of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, then nothing can get in the way of our destinies.

It is an act of courage and strength to set the tone of our own realities. Weakness is displayed when we go to the depths of darkness to fight someone that doesn't deserve our time or energy. By reacting to everything that everyone in our lives has said or done, we only waste our own precious peace and lower our frequency to match that vibration. True life mastery comes when we plant and water seeds of Love where there are deserts of darkness and despair. Life is way too short to waste energy on low frequencies. Instead, we have to be a voice for kindness, empathy, compassion, and Love. By becoming a presence that exudes goodness and peace, we can allow this high vibration to speak for us before we enter a room. Now is a time for the Light bearers on the planet to show up and glow. We can only see our way toward the path of freedom when each of us turns our Love Light on. We have the capacity to illuminate the entire planet when we bring our Light together. Let's flip on the switch, and radiate our kind and good-hearted intentions out to the Universe for ourselves and others to heal and rise above the darkness.
