Weekly Insights: Only As Strong As Our Weakest Links...

We are part of one chain of Light, one cosmic family, and one consciousness of pure unconditional Love. Throughout human history, every society has experienced leaders that were greedy and only invested in self-interests, along with the counterpart of leaders that practice compassion and selfless service. It is because of the caregivers, the healers, the saints, and the prophets that we understand the depths of what it means to be a HUman BEing. "HU" is the Light within us all, and the state of BEing is the gift of the present moment and our ability to exist in Love for both ourselves and each other. We have two hands for that very reason, one to give and one to receive. Our strengths as a humanity are in our shared interests, our deep connection as a global community, and our sense of wholeness that comes out of our collective goals on how we want to treat those who are the most marginalized and have the least. This is a powerful time of remembering our oneness, while working together on a shared vision to uplift one another and our quality of life here on planet Earth.

We hold the power in co-creating the realities we experience, and it is vital that we remember how important our choices really are. The words we speak, the actions we take, and the choices we make all matter. Every purchase is a vote for one state of consciousness and away from another. Every creation we manifest, every emotion we soak in, and every struggle we experience becomes a building block toward the greater foundation of our society as a whole. The stronger the blocks, the higher we soar. The opposite is true as well. The weaker we are, the less sturdy the building blocks become, and the more likely we will tumble and fall together. A society that is strong and healthy is built on the understanding that we thrive when we are able to give as much (or more) than we receive. By caring for our elderly community, by giving back by teaching others, by protecting the vulnerable, by helping those who have less, and by helping those most in need in our local communities, we stay in the flow of a compassionate current of grace and abundance, where no one needs to dominate another and there is no status defined as "less than or more than".

The ideas around power, strength, and leadership have been twisted over time. True empowerment is born from the ability to uplift ourselves and others without fear, worry, or doubt getting in the way. It is the space where we are able to celebrate what is good, cooperate with one another on common goals, show vulnerability when needed, empathize with one another, and find our interconnectedness and enthusiasm for whatever is most important to us all. We are successful in our abilities to be strong enough to Love ourselves and not feel a need to compromise the happiness, safety, or security of another in order to be our best selves. As links in a cosmic chain of Light, we need to be strong individually. One weak link destroys the entire chain. The entire structure of humanity is an enormous circle of Light. It is shining so brightly because it glows in our connection to one another. Isolated on its own, it cannot illuminate the way to a higher awareness and our cosmic evolution. Not one being is outside of that circle, whether they have everything to give or nothing to offer. We belong to one another, to the Earth Mother, and to all other forms of life. It is together that we can accomplish all of our goals and rise higher and higher as one. How do we get there? By rediscovering that sacred Light within and nurturing it to glow brighter every day. By doing so, we will find our way toward a destiny of greater Hope and more expansive Love than we have ever experienced.
