We are great works in progress, constantly clearing the old and building anew. The Moon has shifted to Full, and we are waning for the next two weeks. This is our opportunity to release and let go of the little things that no longer matter. Every so often, we have an opportunity to break through something we have struggled with over a period of time. Whether it comes from a deeper understanding, important development, or a sudden discovery, breakthroughs create the space for a dramatic change. Coming out of an Eclipse Season, Mercury Retrograde, and Spring Equinox, if we aren't feeling change, then we have not been paying attention to our lives. Everyone is going through some sort of transformation right now. Breakthroughs act like a drain cleaner does to a clogged pipe - they create an opening of flow where there was once stagnation. We have been blessed with astrological and seasonal shifts that support these life breakthroughs to happen.
We break down when we are not in alignment with our purpose, intuitive guidance, personal desires, dreams, visions, and wishes. Something inside of us becomes disrupted, and we are unable to move forward with our current reality. Breakdowns happen within us, and in our relationships, career, or personal environment/space. When something has to change in our lives, we literally break down in order to build back up. The greatest gift that comes out of a breakdown is our ability to actually feel something so intense that we are pushed to make a decision toward change. We have to allow ourselves to feel what we feel and receive the lessons that life is trying to teach. Breakdowns bring deep understandings with them. They can be so overwhelmingly powerful that they can feel unmanageable - hence the word "breakdown". They are meant to be digested through smaller parts. Breakdowns can come with anxiety, fear, depression, or hopelessness. However, once they are confronted and addressed, they no longer have power over us. If you are going through a current breakdown, there is a Light at the end of the tunnel. Moving through this time can cultivate high doses of hope.
This Scorpio Full Moon can bring endings, or a death, in order to pave the way for our brand new journey. With all of the recent astrological shifts, we are given the opportunity to drive the old chapter of our book of life out so that the new chapter can enter and root in. Since the Scorpion has a quick sting and kill mechanism, this Full Moon waning time brings a powerful storm with it. The water sign is reflective and it takes us to the darkest places inside of us. If there is a hidden feeling or thought form, it will find its way out to the Light. Scorpio brings the magic of healing transformation. Whatever the factor may be, if it is ripe for change, this Full Moon will expose it in order for the alchemy to take place. The water element is clear, making the area of change transparent. We can see the real intentions for what they are, and if there is a dark force of deception, betrayal, or dishonesty, it will be revealed by Scorpio. Sometimes this painful truth is a deal changer, and it leads to a transformational clearing. There is a sense of fearlessness with Scorpio that offers the ability to face darkness head on. Whatever endings present themselves during this time, they are great blessings that are moving us closer to our destiny.
Change is not meant to be pretty, as it has to break us down, close old doors, and break us through to the other side in order to come to completion. There are phases of change.
