Mudra of the Month: Mudra For Brain & Mental Harmony...

Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. Mudras are a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.

The month of May is the 5th month and brings the energy of Mercury. Mercury rules over the mind, the power of our words, technology, the nervous system, and creative thinking. A balanced Mercury mind is actively creating solutions and ways to bring more harmony and balance to every situation. When Mercury is out of harmony, we say, think, and believe things that are an exaggeration of the Truth or not true at all. It is crucial to bring harmony to the mind, so we can project and inner world of Love and create the reality that we desire to manifest.

This month's mudra focuses on inner balance in order to project outer balance. Each finger has a positive or negative polarity, and when we bring them together, can create a balance in our internal poles. The hands themselves have the entire road map of the body, organs, and energetic circuits, and when we bring them together, create harmony and balance in these areas. Finally, the thumb activates the brain, the higher glands, the lungs, and our ability to take in life to it's fullest. By extending our thumbs out and together, we are activating expansion in thought, connection, and assimilation. When we place our hands in this mudra, we can feel it working on the brain immediately. As we shift our command center to the vibration of Love, we shift our cells, our organs, and our atoms into little sunshines that bless us all day long.  We also activate the five elements, the seasons, the planets, our inner Tree of Life, and the entire cosmos through our hands in order to create balance and harmony in our lives.

This mudra may be challenging at first. Know that your brain and neural pathways are strengthening and harmonizing while you are learning and refining it. When we feel like we are not projecting our best selves, we utilize this mudra for balance and harmony for support. It has helped us to find a centering point and feel like we are shifting our external worlds from the inside. Try it for yourself and let us know how it works for you!

How To Get Into The Mudra:

1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.

2. Rub your hands together vigorously.

3. Connect your index fingers and middle fingers together (Jupiter and Saturn)

4. Connect your ring fingers and pinkies together (Sun and Mercury)

5. Extend the thumbs out and away from the other fingers.

6. With the fingers in this "Spok" mudra, bring your hands together into a prayer at the heart center.

7. Relax your shoulders and project Love internally and externally.

8. Smile, breathe, and hold the mudra here for 3 - 11 minutes. Chanting the healing mantra "RaMaDaSaSaSaySoHung" or breathing a 3-Point Breath (See Below) is wonderful to do while holding any mudra.

3-Point Breath (Optional):

Inhale for a count of 20, Hold the breath for a count of 20, Exhale for a count of 20. Repeat this breath for 3 - 11 minutes to calm the mind and bring balance to the brain.
