Poem of the Week: A New Vision...

New eyes, as fresh as can be,

Opening wide so that I can see.

So much Hope and Faith inside,

Not allowing darkness to be my guide.

Starting over with a new vision,

Choosing to make a different decision.

Blessed with this one life to live,

Letting go and choosing to forgive.

Focusing inside to create the life dream,

Finding the center by avoiding extremes.

It's my life and I get to choose,

To be free from other people's views.

A new vision births from my heart,

A second chance for a brand new start.

With it comes a new life,

A spark of joy making the soul ignite.

Shifting toward those dreams so bright,

Passions illuminating the night.

Stepping into an unknown so new,

Aligning to self and staying true.

It's time for something new to begin,

It's guiding me deeply within.
