Poem of the Week: Alchemical Flow...

So many extremes playing out all at once,

From technology to war, there are many different fronts.

Now is the time to create harmony and flow,

Working with what we've got, with room to grow.

Allowing areas of our lives to readjust,

Letting go of low frequencies is a must.

Communicating clearly, honestly, and humbly,

Waking up in areas we once approached numbly.

Observing the spots where the dualities live,

Confronting the areas where we need to forgive.

Refining the parts of the self that may struggle.

Tackling opposites and learning how to juggle.

Grounding in life, while inspired by spirit,

Intuitively guided by the Divine when we hear it.

Taking in and exchanging all different energies,

Giving and receiving the joys that create our memories.

We are in the flow with a life we have dreamed,

Things not always turning out like they seemed.

Accepting the good and the bad as they come,

Embracing the kindness of family and chums.

In the flow with the alchemy of this life,

Finding the balance between the happiness and the strife.

Nothing is perfect, but we are doing our best,

One day at a time, feeling grateful and so blessed.
