Poem of the Week: Breathing Together As One...

Round and round and round we go,

On this life path and in the flow.

Spinning around on a planet so blue,

With a front row seat, we enjoy the view.

Scrolling inward to see how we feel,

And physically working to buy our next meal.

Expanding out to our neighbors next door,

Stopping to talk so we know them much more.

Onto the Earth that nourishes the soul,

Grounding so deeply in order to feel whole.

And outward from there, a city so big,

Supporting each other with our next gig.

Walking around and sharing in a smile,

Enjoying our community together for a while.

Beyond the city and onto the state,

Together we share ideas that feel really great.

Extending to the country we believe in so deeply,

Proud citizens of a place we co-created uniquely.

And out to the world made up of all beings,

Rich with history, beliefs, and teachings.

As simple as one single breath,

Connects us all in life and death.

So powerful, yet so very simple,

The air we breath is a cosmic symbol.

The depth of each round of respiration,

Determines the quality of our conversations.

Every breath feeding our mental health,

Determining the value of our energetic wealth.

We breathe together without any bias,

We breathe freely so no one can buy us.

The breath has no judgement based on fear,

Breathing deeply makes everything so clear.

When we slow down and question our lives,

And look around to all that survives,

What we really see is the breath that drives.

To move from a world-view revolution,

And get to real answers with healing solutions,

We have to clear out our mental pollution.

One breath at a time, we will see we are one,

Deeper and deeper, we merge with the Sun.

Calling in Light that shines on the Truth,

Accepting responsibility for our global youth.

Teaching Love, kindness, and oneness for all,

We stand together and answer the call.
