Poem of the Week: You Are What You Say...

The vibration of every word that we speak,

Reflects each of our beliefs so unique.

They shape our relationships and choices,

Those words express each of our voices.

Creating a reality that we Love,

Inspired by the Light from above.

We explore the architecture of the mind,

Learning how to do things and be kind.

Deciding the next steps we need to take,

Creating space for the cycles to break.

Exposing the fears we hold inside,

Identifying the pain we try to hide.

Our words define who we really are,

Slating where we hold the bar.

Showing our strengths of heart and soul,

Telling society that we have control.

Reclaiming happiness and peace,

So that contentment can increase.

Words set the framework for reality,

With thoughts, emotions, and spirituality.

Our words express what makes us real,

How we think and how we feel.

To make changes, we can start with speech,

Baby steps with no overreach.

Day by day, transmuting the past,

Creating the alchemical changes that last.

Don't underestimate the power of the word,

Now's the time we've got to be heard.
