Time for nature and a deeper connection.

Elevating our consciousness to higher planes,

Releasing the hold of the physical chains.

Growing compassion through acts of service,

Expressing the Truth without feeling nervous.

Feeling vulnerable, yet powerful too,

Humbly following the dreams we pursue.

Speaking from the heart and following dreams,

Finding the center without the extremes.

Journaling insights and having realizations,

Staying open to transformative awakenings.

Feeding the "good wolf" and seeing the best,

Being grateful, while feeling blessed.

Focusing attention on what really matters,

Meditating daily to get rid of the chatter.

It's time to rise higher and go deeper,

Tuning back into the spiritual seeker.

Growing, healing, and connecting to the soul,

This is the magic recipe to help us feel whole.
