Poem of the Week: Inner Alignment = Outer Alignment...

Feeling the inner world like the ocean sea,

Sometimes calm, but always free.

Observing emotions flowing up and down,

Not suppressing a smile or a frown.

Aligning to the rhythms and instincts so deep,

Listening to the wisdom that the heart will keep.

Looking up at the Moon to reflect what's true,

Sometimes receiving a new point of view.

Grounding into harmony within and without,

An outer alignment with much less doubt.

The senses attune to the words unspoken,

The soul connects to realizations awoken.

Shutting out the noise of the shadows around,

So the truths within speak up and don't drown.

As the heart and the mind align as one,

It's easier to be present and have some fun.
