Poem of the Week: The Emperor's Naked...

Obsessed with power, money, and greed,

With an empire built on ego and control.

The Emperor speaks in tongues that mislead,

With deception as the ultimate goal.

Surrounded by the blindly obedient,

All who fear speaking Truth to their leader.

These are the key to the ingredients,

And the importance of the enabling feeder.

But this kind of power soon becomes hollow,

Without integrity as a foundation to build upon.

Truth burns through the illusions they follow,

Revealing the Truth of just who is the con.

It's an age-old story, and one that can repeat,

About the consequences of unchecked power.

If we don't stay grounded on our feet,

The Emperor will build the tallest tower.

When the lightening strikes and the tower falls,

The people can begin to seek balance.

Coming together and breaking down walls,

To get through this very deep challenge.

The classic story of the transparent boss,

Is relevant for every generation.

The imbalance of power can result in loss,

But empower us with a great education.
