Weekly Insights: Reflecting What I'm Projecting...

We have heard the story many times of someone meeting and then regularly interacting with a person whom they didn't like. This could of been a neighbor, coworker, or someone who regularly shows up to a spot they frequent. In order to avoid this regular interaction, the agitated person changes their life and moves, quits the job, or stops going places where this person will be, only to go to a new situation or spot and meet someone similar. One has to wonder, why does this personality continue to show up as a challenge? There is a saying that goes, "you can run but you can't hide". This is true with our karmic lessons. As sentient beings who have incarnated to learn and grow, we are tested and tried in order to be strengthened and renewed. We are living to become the very best version of who we can possibly become. In order to do that, we have to be able to look at who we really are. At different points of our lives, we see that reflection in the energies and interactions we have with others and the world around us as a whole. Of course, each of us is uniquely different and there is no way that we can all be carbon copy reflections of one another. However, there are aspects of who we are that we get to see in others, and then we can decide to continue or change. There may be a very impatient aspect of who we are, and perhaps when we need the grace of patience from others, this reflection of impatience becomes part of our own personal realities. Since each of us knows who we really are inside, but aren't always aware of what we are doing in the moment to hurt or cause problems for others, this reflection becomes a wonderful way for us to see the truth and assimilate the effects of our own behaviors.

Where do these behaviors originally come from? Our reflections of the world around us are also the behaviors that teach us at a young age. We watch the adults around us when we are growing up, and take up attitudes, speech, habits, and behaviors that stand out to us the most. Good or bad, we tend to reflect our surroundings. We have the choice to either adopt them as personal truths or work to transform them into something good. Like a blank canvas, our innocent minds take in the world and how people use or misuse their power to do good or harm. These influences stay with us throughout our lives and shape our identities. Then we get older and start to see aspects of ourselves in the people we meet, and we get a chance to truly understand the greater meaning of being the people we have become. As adults, we also meet other adults that look and act like the people we wish we were, or seem to have all the things we wish we had. Our mature relationships can do the same thing as those childhood influences have done in terms of shifting who we can become. We can see this example with people in prisons surrounded by criminals, in churches with people who want to be like the preacher or someone in the clergy, in communities or cults when adults change their entire lives to fit the structure of the group, etc. Our lives are always in motion, shifting, changing, and transmuting into something new that resonates with our current vibratory frequency. This is why it is so important to know ourselves deeply, to reflect on our lives regularly, and to question anything that comes in and tries to significantly change the direction of our realities. We live in times where our sovereignty is our greatest asset.

Each of us is a pure Light and an infinite soul of the multiverse. This is our greatest gift, and that's why it is vital that we live the life we were destined to live. It is a fight in these dark ages to take our power back, and Light up the world with our personal service to the humanity. Each of us plays an important role in sharing with the physical world our inherent gifts, strengths, and blessings. If something doesn't resonate, it is our job to go in a different direction. It takes awareness, honesty, and action to live as a sovereign being.

What is life reflecting back at you in these times? During this week of deep inner reflection, we have an energetic opening for transformation. Each of us had the power of will and self-Love to reflect our greatness in attitude, words, actions, behaviors, and daily habits. Let us find our own ways to leave this planet better than we got it. Let us reflect the greatest versions of who we are through random acts of kindness to each other and to all forms of life. Let us shine as brightly as we are destined to shine, and let's see how the darkness on the planet transmutes into deep healing for all forms of life... or better. The mirror reflection of these blessings helps the cycle of grace continue to grow and spread over time, and that is a true gift.
