To be One is to have a deep understanding of our interconnectedness. It means that we have to let go of everything that separates us from each other. The doorway to the higher world comes with a very low door, so that only the humble - down on their knees - can enter. To be humble is to be simple, and to acknowledge the power, beauty, and strength in knowing that you know nothing in the bigger picture of the Universe.
Astral Plane:

We are born to serve one another and ourselves while we are alive. Consciousness is tied to the collective. As each soul awakens to their infiniteness, this expansion supports others to do the same. When all souls are working together, compassion, patience, and humility develop. The result is the birth of a higher consciousness and a more connected way of existing together on the planet.
Physical Plane:
Level of Actions, the Abdomen, and the Physical Body.

Humans are addicted to the past and to pain. The secret to life is staying in the present moment, unattached, and free from expectations. The Universe is working in alignment with our soul's journey and mission in life. Trusting the Universe at every twist and turn helps to strengthen the power of the messages hidden in the challenges. We are in charge of our reaction to every situation we encounter. Once we can wake up to the unhealthy patterns that continue to repeat, then we are able to stop them and start new cycles that are more in alignment with the soul.
