Divine Spiritual Wisdom & The 3 Planes

Divine Plane:

Level of Thoughts, the Crown, and Higher Consciousness

"Naam Yoga is not a luxury, it is a necessity.  We are not doing it because we want to party.  We are doing it because it is a necessity; in life, with all of its obstacles and challenges, all of its ups and downs, you need a spiritual technology that will give you a strong nervous system as you move through time and space, a glandular system that's not going to fail causing you to find yourself diseased, and blood that is warm, not blood that is cold.  Naam Yoga gives it to you.  It's a very powerful technology.  It's sacred."                            ~ Dr. Levry     Breath, movement, meditation, sound, and Love are all so important during these changing times.  This technology that we call Naam Yoga is a Divine practice that helps one to touch the Light of one's own soul.  This is a time when each of us can work on ourselves in order to make a positive difference in the collective.  It is important that we take time each day to tune into the cosmic mind and to the eternal Truths that dwell in the heart.  Movement is life.  Mindful breathing throughout the day supports higher thinking and less reaction of the animal self within.  Sound is one of the, of not the most powerful way to move energy and raise one's frequency.  Meditating on Divine Word is transformational for the mind, body, and spirit.  Love is the ultimate healer of all ailments.  Combined together and practiced regularly, one can rise above the current challenges for a higher perspective and insight to the best possible actions to take in moving forward.  These are the gifts we have access to as humans, and when we apply them to our lives, all things are possible and anything can be overcome.

Astral Plane:

Level of Emotions, the Heart, and the Unseen World.

"When your practice allows you to touch the light of your soul, which is Light, what comes out of you is good, and what comes out of you brings the good out of other people.  Spirituality is self-analysis.  Spirituality is looking at your own darkness and facing yourself.  When you change yourself, then you are changing the world.  When you make yourself better, then you are making the world better.  That's what true spirituality is."                            ~ Dr. Levry Practice going inside each and every day.  Close the eyes and breathe into the entire being.  Develop a relationship with the soul.  Explore Truth in the heart and tune into the Light that shines on that Truth inside.  Continue to explore and go deeper inside in order to understand the Universe.  Our mission is to overcome our own shadow side in order to live a life of service to all who cross our paths.  As we move past our limitations, we realize that we have the potential to make a positive difference in the world doing what we Love to do the most.  This is the moment of liberation.

Physical Plane:

Level of Actions, the Abdomen, and the Physical Body.

"The most important thing that you need to know, regardless of what you do, is service.  If you have a strong desire to make a difference in other people's lives without attachment, which means you don't give with one hand and then take with the other hand, then it doesn't matter what prayer you do, it will work.  You have to have a strong desire to serve without attachment.  Don't do things to impress people.  The only person to impress is you, yourself."

                      ~ Dr. Levry

Humans and other animals Love praise.  We Love to be recognized and acknowledged for what we do "right" and "good" in the world.  The secret to giving and serving is to do it in silence.  Without being pointed out as being the one who did good things, one has an opportunity to enhance the goodness and extend it even further than one ever thought was possible.  When the seen world acknowledges, then the unseen world is blind to it.  When the seen world is blind to the good acts done, then the unseen world sees it.  This is where all of the power of reality lives - in the unseen world.  Giving without the need for recognition is the highest form of giving.
