Cajeput is a non-sprayed leaf and twig essence from Australia. Part of the Melaleuca family, Cajeput is also known as the White Tea Tree essence. She was used by the First Nations people of Australia for pain relief, skin diseases and burns, and headaches, earaches, and colic in babies. Her name in Indonesian means "White Wood", and she comes from the white, spongy, and flexible bark of a tree.
Cajeput is a natural pain reliever that helps with arthritis, rheumatism, inflammation, nerve pain, and wounds. She is a bronchial aid that is used for the common cold, flu, sinus problems, and TB. She is also great for the skin, psoriasis, burns, bites, and acne, as well as intestinal infections, nausea, vomiting, and dysentery. For the genitourinary system, she is helpful for herpes, UTI's, bladder inflammations, and menopause. Energetically, Cajeput addresses our abuses and traumas that are in need of healing. She helps us release shame, guilt, and other destructive thoughts, while supporting us in building confidence. In this waning moon time, she is a great ally in helping us clear our karma, let go, purge, and resolve problems that come up in our deepest karmic lessons. Anoint 5-10 drops onto the skin for any of these ailments. She is not too hot, and she is helpful in restoring balance in immunity, on the skin, in the reproductive system, and in the lungs.
