Essence Protocol of the Week: Blood & Circulatory Strength...

This entire month of January, we will focus on heart health and essence protocols that we have used that have made a difference in our lives and the lives of others. This week, we look at the blood, circulation, and clearing emotional blocks. There are three essences that stand out from the others in this category - Black Pepper, Lemon, and True Basil.

Black Pepper is a blood cleanser and is filled with Vitamin K, which is great for circulatory and metabolic functions. For the emotional heart, Black Pepper helps to warm coldness, clears negativity, and shifts the energy to a higher level. Lemon is a blood cleanser as well. She helps with circulation, blood pressure, and varicose veins. As a natural cleanser, Lemon helps clear arteriosclerosis and thrombosis, while stimulating white blood cells to strengthen the immune system. Emotionally, Lemon is a wonderful anti-depressant, helping one feel positive and good about themselves and make lemonade out of lemons. True Basil promotes good circulation, helps with varicose veins, and is good for balancing cholesterol. Also an anti-depressant, True Basil helps the emotional heart clear negativity, deal with grief, reduce stress, clear emotional blocks, and let go of rigidity.

It is best to use essences for one month for every year you have had the symptoms that are being treated. So, if you have experienced blood and circulation issues for 2 years, then anoint daily for 2 months for best results. Anoint on the physical heart or over the heart chakra, on the wrists, on the neck, or onto the bottoms of the feet for best results. For the average adult weight and height, five to ten drops "neat" on the skin is enough to start anointing 2-3 times a day. Always do a test patch on the inner arm to make sure that the essence is not too powerful to anoint "neat". If it brings up a healing response, then use the bottoms of the feet to anoint, and meditate on what is coming up and out of the heart for healing.
