Mudra of the Month: Mudra For Increasing Faith In Goodness...

Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. A Mudra is a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.

The month of November is the 11th month of the year. Eleven is a very mystical number. It reduces to a 2, which represents the planetary influence of the Moon. The Moon connects us to our Innate Self, the soul, and our intuition. It is our 6th sense, inner knowing, and the nurturing that we give to our higher self to remember who we truly are and how to serve ourselves and others in the most loving and neutral way. Eleven is the number for the hidden sphere of the Tree of Life. This is the Astral door to our higher consciousness. In order to activate this latent energy within all of us, we have to have Faith. Faith is the eye that sees Creator in action, and the belief in the Innate within all life and the Love activation of the Higher Self. It is the part of our Higher Self that charges our thoughts and anchors them to the physical. When you have Faith in goodness, you can then manifest it.

The Faith mudra is very soft, easy to get into, and does not require a lot of flexibility in the hands. Much like establishing Faith in our lives, it is a choice to allow it to grow in our hearts and expand within us so that we can manifest more Love on this planet. The fingers are relaxed as they interweave themselves into a partial lacing, stimulating the neck and throat chakra through the fingers. This is also the part of the hands connected to the Astral World, or the world where Faith is born and lives. The hands face the heart, which is the seat of our Faith in the physical body. Since our destiny is written in our hands, we can gaze into our palms with the Faith Mudra and rewrite our past, present, and future with unshakable Faith.

Personally, we utilize this Mudra often when fear comes up in the subconscious mind. Fear is the opposite of Love, Faith, and Hope. By placing our hands in this posture, we remind ourselves that we are the masters of our destiny and can choose a more Loving, Peaceful, and Compassionate reality through our Faith in goodness. We are all inherently good inside, and this Mudra reminds us to allow the heart to lead the way and guide us into our happiness. When you need to make a difficult decision, remember that Faith can guide you to do the right thing even when it is hard to do. Strengthen your Faith, grow more Faith in your heart space, and practice this Mudra to enliven yourself from the inside, out.

How To Get Into The Mudra:

1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.

2. Rub your hands together vigorously.

3. With your hands open and facing you, gently interlace all of the fingers (not the thumb) and hold loosely.

4. Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears.

5. Smile, breathe, and hold the mudra here for 3 - 11 minutes. Chanting the healing mantra "RaMaDaSaSaSaySoHung" or breathing a 3-Point Breath (See Below) is wonderful to do while holding any mudra.

Just like George Michael sang to us in the 1980's, WE GOT TO HAVE FAITH!

3-Point Breath (Optional):

Inhale for a count of 20, Hold the breath for a count of 20, Exhale for a count of 20. Repeat this breath for 3 - 11 minutes to calm the mind and bring balance to the brain.
