Poem of the Week: Beautiful Planet Earth...

Rooted into the Earth through my feet,

Grounding into the soil feels complete.

Calming my mind and balancing emotions,

Quieting the noise and all of the commotion.

Listening to the heartbeat of Mother Gaia,

Feeling the frequency getting higher and higher.

She patiently holds us while we grow up,

Observing the human ego become corrupt.

Understanding one event could change it all,

As the Earth makes humans look so small.

The Mother still nurtures and gives her bounty,

Sharing Her abundance in every county.

Teaching the power of selfless service,

That all forms of life have a Divine purpose.

Creators, Destroyers, and Sustainers together,

Journeying through life on a wing as a feather.

We need one another and a healthy planet,

Never taking anything we Love for granted.

Celebrating the life that unites us all,

Honoring all beings no matter how big or small.

Earth Day means so much more to us today,

As regulations and protections have gone away.

Each of us must do our part for Her,

Without allowing small-mindedness to deter.

As the Earth thrives in health and wellness,

Her gifts and strengths serve to propels us.

We are one on this physical plane,

Interconnected and part of a powerful chain.

We live for each other, feeling suffering & pain,

We celebrate together, as a team we sustain.

When we activate a positive will each day,

This beautiful planet will always be okay.
