Poem of the Week: True Friends...

We have to be friends with ourselves first,

In order to be a friend in reverse.

Paying attention to kindness above,

Rising up when inspired with Love.

Friends are Loving and don't have to be,

Offering service from the heart for free.

Humble and wise without saying a word,

Doing good deeds without being heard.

Friends are there when not being asked,

Remaining transparent among the masked.

Never fake, misleading, or cruel,

True friends shine like a rare jewel.

Blessed to have true friends like these,

Bringing us joy and Love with ease.

So, hold on to those wonderful people,

Friendship makes the heart sing gleeful.

Giving and Loving with hearts so pure,

Friends are the healing remedy and cure.
