Sound & Vibrational Healing: The Healing Effects of Tibetan Singing Bowls on Mood, Tension, and Well-Being...

In a 2017 pear-reviewed scientific study on sound and vibrational healing, the effects of Tibetan singing bowls were proven to offer health benefits that were tangible and profound. The research was done on 62 adults around 50 years of age. They participated in a 60-minute Tibetan Singing Bowl sound meditation to see how it would influence their mood, tension, anxiety, depression, pain, and spiritual health. The results were profound for those who had never experienced a session like this before, and also very beneficial for those who had. Participants reported significantly lower levels of depression, tension, anger, and fatigue compared to before the session. All participants proved to significantly increase in spiritual wellness afterwards. For some participants, especially those who had never had an experience like this before, their physical body pains reduced significantly. The study concluded that Tibetan Singing Bowl sound meditations are low in cost, accessible to most people, help to enhance spiritual wellness, and significantly reduces stress-related states of emotion - especially when they have never had experienced this before.
