Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. A Mudra is a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.
It's the 4th month of the year and Uranus asks us to stay flexible because the winds of change are blowing. Between two points of stability is complete chaos, and that is where we may find ourselves at different points of life. In order to move through challenging times gracefully, we have to be problem-solvers. Instead of rejecting something as being "wrong", we have the chance to look for new opportunities to grow inside of unusual circumstances. This month, we are working with a mudra that supports the resolution of conflict. Whatever the problem may be, there is a solution available. Focusing on the solution is what will help us to move forward in confidence.
The ring finger is the Sun finger, which helps to illuminate the path forward. It is the healing finger that serves as a beacon of Light on the journey of life. The middle finger is the Saturn finger, and Saturn helps us to organize our thoughts, slow down enough to pay attention, and practice discipline in everything we do. All of these skills support conflict-resolution. Together, the Sun and Saturn work together to help us heal a perceived problem with logic, intuition, and direction. The tips of the fingers relate to the tops of the head, stimulating the crown chakra and the brain. As we use the mind to problem-solve, we become forward thinkers that don't waste time fighting against something that no longer works. New pathways open channels that were otherwise blocked, and the cosmic flow is restored. When looking to resolve a problem, practice this mudra and focus on the end result you desire, or simply focus on the Sun at the 3rd eye, and ask for Divine guidance to take over.
The palms contain our entire tree of life, and when we bring them open and facing us, we are connecting our life circumstances to the heart center. The heart holds the highest wisdom, and this mudra helps us illuminate the path toward our destiny. Promoting a higher path of resolution, this mudra helps us to work through our challenges in order find the best and highest solution.
How To Get Into the Mudra:
1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.
2. Rub your hands together vigorously.
3. Bring your middle and ring fingers together with the tips touching.
4. Straighten the remaining fingers apart with palms facing the heart.
5. Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears.
6. Smile, breathe, and hold the mudra here for 3 - 11 minutes. Chanting the healing mantra "RaMaDaSaSaSaySoHung" or breathing a 3-Point Breath (See Below) is wonderful to do while holding any mudra.
3-Point Breath (Optional):
Inhale for a count of 20, Hold the breath for a count of 20, Exhale for a count of 20. Repeat this breath for 3 - 11 minutes to calm the mind and bring balance to the brain.
