It's January, the first month of the year, and the Sun shines its planetary influence of healing Light upon our lives through the vibratory frequency of the number one. Golden Triangle Mudra embodies the essence of the Solar Light to direct for healing toward ourselves and others. This particular hand posture brings pure Light energy for our highest manifestations. Whatever we focus on while our hands are in this posture will come to be, so we need to always think the best. For health, Golden Triangle Mudra helps to balance blood pressure and calm the heart.
The thumb is connected to the brain and the lungs, helping us to neutralize the mind. The index finger is associated with the large intestine, digestion, and how we process life. The middle finger connects to the heart protector, the pericardium, and how we call in what we need from the center of our being. Together, they form a trinity of magic that helps us invoke the Light of the Sun for healing Light, heart happiness, and prosperous manifestations.
How To Perform Mudra:
1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.
2. Rub your hands together vigorously.
3. Touch the tips of the index finger, middle finger, and thumb together on each hand.
4. Extend the ring and pinky fingers straight.
5. Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears.
6. Smile, breathe, and hold the mudra here for 3 - 11 minutes.
This mudra can be practiced with healing mantras like RaMaDaSa Rise or Healing Groove, or with 3-part breath (inhale for a count of 20, hold the breath for a count of 20, and exhale for a count of 20).
