Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. Mudras are a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.
The month of November is the 11th month of year, and 11 is a very powerful and mystical number that is never supposed to be reduced in numerology. This is the number for the planetary influence of the Moon. The Moon is a perceptive, intuitive, feeling energy that helps us to create internally what we desire to manifest externally. The Moon rules over the waters of our emotional body and the duality that is inherent in every being. When the waters are calm, we are peaceful. When the tides are shifting, we can feel emotional or give in to our lower frequencies of fear or anger. The key is to shift the emotions to match the desired outcome. When we have an ability to control the way we feel, we can create a lot more magic in our lives.
The index finger is ruled by Jupiter, our expansive nature of spirituality, abundance, and growth. It is connected to the large intestine and the way we digest our life experiences. This finger also reflects the emotional state of fear when something pulls us off of our center. The middle finger is ruled by Saturn, the karmic and Divine Mother that is the teacher of self-mastery. It is connected to our heart protector, the pericardium. When we feel threatened or off-center, the pericardium protects our emotions and sometimes reacts with rage. This finger rules over the emotion of anger when we are not in our highest state of consciousness.
By holding the index and middle fingers, we are taking in the reigns of fear and anger and telling the body not to contract, but to open up to what is being experienced and to face it with Love. We activate the qualities of Faith and Hope and transmute the lower frequencies to create a learning experience instead of a reactive display of imbalance. In these changing times, practicing self-Love and activating our energy in the direction we desire is the most productive action. Life is in our hands and we have the power to shift this reality through the thoughts, feelings, and actions we manifest. Empower the spirit with this amazing tool to manifest fearlessness and understanding in the face of adversity.
